My girlfriend and I got pull over because another car cross the lane and hit us, It wasn’t our fault but we were under the influence because we were drinking. My girlfriend was arrested on the spot. We hired a lawyer to represent her on the case. That lawyer didn’t even mentioned that we had like ten days period to apply for the hardship license and he wanted my girlfriend to comply with whatever the court decides, this was going to be her second DUI. Her bond was 20k which is unheard off. After talking with Mr. Elkind we knew right away that he knows what he is doing and decided to fire the first lawyer and hire him. His rate was reasonable.
