My sister unexpectedly passed away in Ormond Beach and I live in Massachusetts. I did a Google search for an estate attorney in the Daytona Beach/Ormond Beach area. John was absolutely wonderful to work with. After my husband was picked up a week before Christmas on a warrant out of Florida from 2007 I called around to different lawyers and found John. From my first conversation with John, until my husband was out of jail and all charges dismissed, it was only 31 hours. Never meeting John, and him not knowing anything about us, he still did his best to get this case taken care of quickly. Not one time did John not answer his phone or reply to text. He even called after my husband was released to make sure he was out. Having never had to deal with this type of situation with extradition and everything, John took the time to talk with me and let me know exactly what was happening. I found John through google reviews and I can honestly say the reviews you read are real! Never in my wildest dreams did I think we could get my husband out before Christmas, let alone all charges dismissed. John had my husband out within a day and a half with all charges dismissed. Mr. Hager help a relative with a misdemeanor arrest promptly and efficiently, working with the state attorney's office to get the charges dropped. I would highly recommend Mr. Hager and his office.
