My father lived in Daytona Beach for years and passed away in December. My family lives in West Virginia and we needed a lawyer to assist us with his estate. I did a Google search for lawyers in Daytona and started calling. The first two offices I called I had to leave a voicemail, neither returned my call. I called Heidi’s office and a real live person answered the phone. I told her what I needed and she promptly scheduled me a phone call with Heidi. Knowing we were not from the area, in fact 700 miles away she went above and beyond in assisting us. We were kept well informed and she collaborated with our realtor to make sure everything was in line. A+++

AN ABSOLUTE MUST-READ! I wrote this not only to compliment John Hager but also to the people who might have found themselves ensnared in legal entanglement and do not know where to turn. I hope this post saves you a tremendous amount of time, energy and money. I will start by saying I interviewed about 6-7 attorneys for my own case in the Volusia County area before choosing John Hager. Too often when you hire an attorney the sales pitch sounds good and you feel confident at first. Then after you sign the agreement and pay your hard-earned money you slowly start to lose that confidence. Only to realize that you and your case are just a number and in the end, your attorney really did not make much of an impact. I can say with overwhelming conviction that you will not find a better attorney than John Hager. John has more passion for doing the job than any other attorney I have ever met! His communication skills-sets are uncommon and his knowledge of the law is impeccable! John's methodical ability to employ a highly diligent, no-nonsense relentless approach to resolving your case is second to none.
