I call hager for a free consultation granted I completed a form online but in 30 mins he called back I was busy at the time he called maybe 6pm which I found weird but cool.. he explained to me the scam I fell into is known and nothing should happen at all it eases my nerves he didn't treat me as if I was dumb for it or anything like that was very nice and answered my questions quick it was maybe a 3 min convo because my case was straight forward and no charges have been filed or anything was just nervous as soon as I meantioned being almost 8 days ago he said nothing should happen and if it does call him knowing that if anything does happen my wife has his number to contact he's one of the few lawyers who give cell # best consultation ever I haven't hired him yet but I would recommend it just for the plain fact how straight forward he was and not only that he didn't do what others did with the whole "something will happen" with him it was more of "nothing should happen" I recommend anyone to talk to him and see what I mean you guys would want to hire him yourself he was also very honest about it all

I was released on Thursday night and called John Hager on Friday, he personally answered my phone call and immediately went to work for me telling me the steps I needed to take and the steps he was going to take. By the next Thursday he personally called and emailed me the dismissal from the state attorney’s office stating my case was indeed dismissed. The next morning my pretrial release officer called saying my case was dismissed and I would not need to come in or see him again. That’s less than 7 days it was completely dismissed and resolved. Great Job Mr. Hager and THANK YOU! He’s worth every dollar!

This was an Aggravated Battery case which J. Hager had argued should be dropped. It was indeed dropped and never went to trail.

My son was arrested for underage drinking after going to a party. I didn't know what to do since I live in aother State.
