Called for consult. Kept interrupting. Made me feel inferior with my explanation. Decided he was not for me.

Over the years Mr. Wagner has represented me, my father, my sister's friend and one of my friends. My experiences with him have been great every time. I highly recommend hiring him to represent you. He not only is great at his job but he makes whatever issue you're dealing with seem manageable. Even his employees are nice to deal with. If you have any kind of legal issue you can't go wrong with this attorney.

Mr.Wagner took on my son's 3rd degree murder cases, being over worked and under paid, he gave it his all.He found every whole in the cases and proved my son is innocent , clearing my son name, He was found not guilty.Thanks Mr.Wagner I could never repay what he did for us.

Mr. Wagner is a passionate, knowledgable attorney with years of experience. I felt comfort in handing my case over to him. He guided me through the process and let me know what to expect. I'm happy with the results and would go back to him if ever necessary.

I hired him for an early termination motion. All other attorneys wouldn't take me until I had at least half my probation time in. Greg took me a month early! His assistant was very kind and honest to me the entire case. I hired Greg on a Friday, she had me a court date by Tuesday for only a few weeks away. The price was very very reasonable and they put up and dealt with my anxiety of calling them almost on a daily basis. I had court today and I was granted my early termination of probation. I would highly recommend anyone to hire him as their attorney. Especially if it is an early termination case!

Mr. Wagner is very knowledgeable and professional individual. He helped me fight my Second DUI case. we took the case to trial as he recommended. In court he knew exactly what to say and what he was doing. He definitely knows the law in detail and does his research in order to accommodate for his clients case.His secretary is very nice and always keeps you up to date when Mr. Wagner is not available. He is also very affordable compared to any other lawyer in Daytona.

I had to find a criminal attorney. I researched and called many attorneys offices where I had to leave messages to which many were not returned. I called Mr. Wagner's office and was greeted by his assistant Jenny who gave me her undivided attention and then asked me to hold on so she could get him on the phone. My first call and he answers the phone!!!! From that first conversation with him I knew he was the right choice. Anytime I call the office I am treated with respect. Even though I know I am not the only client somehow they make me feel that I am. He is honest and compassionate. His assistant Jenny is so very kind. She will make you feel at ease. They make a great team and I highly recommend his office.
