Failed to meet me at the start. Took an extremely long time to resolve a simple issue. I was asked to call every week for updates then insulted for being noncompliant for no reason and hung up phone on me because I questioned the additional fee. Was charged additional 500.00 for figuring out 20% of social security check donation for charity which I and the banker could have figured in a minute. She could be more courteous!
