David F. Vedder's team helped me get my citizenship very quickly. They were fast to respond to all emails, and I had one main contact who was very efficient in relaying information and scheduling phone calls and video calls. She came off a little too professional at times, a bit cold, but she was so good at her job I didn't mind. My attorney was Veronica Jattan, she handled phone calls and video calls and accompanied me to my interview. She's calming and reassuring, very positive and took care to get in touch both before and after the citizenship test as well to make sure I didn't have any questions. I always felt I was in good hands.

I sought the assistance of David F. Vedder PA with assistance regarding my in laws green card process. Their case was extremely complex as they are Russian nationals residing in Russia without access to western COVID vaccines, the obtainment of which was a requirement for most immigration cases. Mr. Yi Lee was my attorney and navigated the case expertly the process, which required had added complexity due to no consulates being open in Russia during that time. Mr. Lee insured that the COVID vaccine requirement could be waived because it was unavailable in Russia. Mr Lee and the entire team we prompt to respond to questions and provided great customer service during a very exciting and potentially stressful process. My in laws were able to arrive in the USA and obtain their green cards, and it has been life changing process for all of us, and we really appreciate the great team at DFVPA who assisted us through the entire process.

Professional, efficient, and caring!

Well it’s difficult to find where should I start when drafting this review, after 8 years struggling with our green card application and after a RFE and a I-130 denial. I have to say we have a complicated case and a very difficult situation when we were referred to Attorney David Vedder firm in early 2022, before talking with attorney Vedder and Yi , I have consulted over a dozen immigration lawyers across US which they all have great ratings and reputation, most of them rejected my case on spot and very few considered we can try but they don’t see too much hope in our case. It’s the discussion with Vedder firm that they truly understood and believed us and most importantly they were willing to fight with us. Even we understood it’s very rare of our case approved but faith was all I needed in 2022. It took a good 3 months to prepare a 400 pages RFE to USCIS 2022, it took another 2 months to prepare a appeal motion after USCIS’s denial in 2023 and it’s another 15 months waiting period till we finally received USCIS’s approval on 6/3/2024! This is a life changing news to my family and Vedder firm has made this happen! Along the 2 years journey working with Vedder firm, they engage, respond quick and always be there when we need guidance. I say, if you have immigration issues or need help, call attorney Vedder and you will be taken care of.

Very friendly and competent staff. We filed a K-1 Visa with this firm. Paperwork was made very quickly, easily, and results were obtained faster than other similar cases. My wife and I are very happy in our new life together. Highly recommend.
