Extremely unprofessional phone call this morning with Mr Vedder actually yelling at my Mom & I over the phone! Oppose to Mr Vedder admitting an error on his part (he definitely dropped the ball on this one), he was extremely upset because I asked for a conference call with him to follow up on a previous conference call that I had with him that I was given some information that was not accurate & didn't find out the information was not accurate until My brother went to petition for our Mom! Needless to say, I appreciate his service with my brothers (that we paid for, might I add), but will move on to finding another lawyer! Very very unprofessional!

My wife and I went to a consultation with Mr. Vedder. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced. However, he never sent us the promised cost proposal, in case we wanted to continue. After about 7 days, I called his office and was promised the same, soon. Again, nothing materialized. For me, this goes directly to the issues of trust and reliability and reflects badly on his firm. After this review posted, I finally received the promised materials. I changed my rating from 1-star to 3-stars (neutral).
