I could tell you what a great guy Jeff Higgins is but that's not why you hire a lawyer. You hire a lawyer because you need legal help. I have used Jeff on two occasions. One minor, one not minor. Both cases ended up getting dismissed. Results is what I got. A better outcome couldn't have been had. But I also found out something else in the process of using Jeff as my attorney. He operates with two things you very seldom here when referring to lawyers. Honesty and integrity. If I ever need a lawyer for anything again I will use Jeff with no hesitation. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of any type legal help.

I never Wright reviews but in this case I can't help my self. Anyone who is considering higher Sam masters I recommend It 100 % he will tell you you are paying for his reputation and his time to talk and he was right. I was looking at 7 years In jail and got 25 hrs community service and the ability to be able to call him And get a call back fast was very nice and reassuring. Mike Rodriguez handled my family law case (ex-wife attempted to modify divorce agreement). Mike understood and was clear up front about the long difficult road ahead. He never gave false hope but he always found a way to make difficult times seem less so. He combatted the absurd lies of my ex and her attorney with skill, grace and expertise. He was able to get half of their lawsuit dismissed at a hearing before trial. Mike went above and beyond the call of duty and charged me far less for numerous correspondence and consultations then he was entitled to. He was fair and his character is impeccable. He cares about his clients and their children and it shows all the time in and out of the court room. Mike did such an expert job on my case that my ex was forced to settle for far less than her and her attorney had tried to get. And near the end of this long journey the military required us to move out of Florida and Mike was able to get that accomplished also - and relocation with children out of state is not an easy accomplishment! I would say by the end of this journey I counted Mike as a friend and would hire Mike again without hesitation.

I received a ticket for driving with a 3Xs suspended drivers licence, this potentially could have been a criminal charge. I was in a complete panic!!! So I called Jeff Higgins to defend my case. He was extremely knowledgeable, and put me at ease with all of my questions and concerns. I didn't even have to show up to court, he handled everything!! He had the charges reduced to a minimal non moving traffic violation with a very small fine to pay. I was in overjoyed when he called to inform me with the outcome.
