Great! Very respectful of my situation

They stayed with me all through my ordeal. There office personel were kind to me all throughout my process.

Not good customer service

Abraham, Peter and Michelle had me repeating 3X's what I had already written. None "Consulted" with me. None of them gave me their opinion, advice or commented on the law or the validity or lack thereof of my claims. Abraham pawned me off to the PA Bar Association instead of another well respected attorney in the field. It was more of a listening and repeat call than a legal consultation.

I wanted a lawyer to review my case. I requested that multiple times on the call but it never happened.

The person didn't seem very aware of things. Wasn't listening very well had to repeat myself several times. Don't believe the person enjoys their job.

I’m going to my dr appointment yet have no clue what’s going on in my case

Javier was wonderful. However I have been asked to fill out the same questionnaire three times now. I've filled it out twice, but won't do it a third time. I understand you're a big firm and if I need to go elsewhere with my case I will. I haven't heard from anyone besides Javier and a woman who is either a advisor and hasn't responded but with the automated response that always asks if I wish to opt out. Frankly I wish he was an attorney because mine hasn't bothered to call yet. The consultant comforted me as I cried many different times and was such a genuine person. He's the only reason I'm willing to give y'all a chance to help me with my legal matter.

Jonathan listened to me attentively, he asked me questions regarding my issues at hand, and he gave me a little bit of advice, and the suggestion of who to contact next that might possibly be able to help me, but ultimately, told me that he couldn't help me at this time. Unfortunately, this is what I've been told, again and again, by everyone that I've contacted so far, which is even more unfortunate, because ultimately this is going to result in what is already a bad situation, is only going to continue, and can only get worse from here, without some kind of legal help or assistance. I'm running out of options and patience. As a disabled American homeowner and father of an 11 year old autistic son, who is afraid to even go outside and play, I must figure out a way to put a stop to this excessively long, and unnecessary harassment by people who are too stupid to care about what they are doing to my family, as well as the absolute refusal of local law enforcement to take any kind of action to assist me and my family, I'm being left with little or no other course of action, other than to have to take matters in to my own hands and that is exactly what I am trying desperately to not let happen.
