The initial meeting with the attorney and their assistant was informative and productive. They explained the process and arranged for a doctor to see me. Subsequently, the follow up from Morgan and Morgan was a barrage of generic emails and forms. It seemed to take months to actually talk to a human voice again. However; the doctor was very patient with me in the diagnosis and treatments by their orthopedic people. After a few months, my neck issue appeared to mostly resolved as to the best and most reasonably possible medical capability. Several weeks I got a call from the attorney’s assistant that discussed filing further legal actions. Since that phone conversation, there has been no additional status of that legal activity.

Absolutely horrific service. I complained last time a survey went out and the client service team said they would take everything to heart and they're really have a firm belief in the motto for the people and would get back to me very soon but never did. This is exactly how I've been treated by my case manager and I've never once heard from the attorney in the 7 months this has been going on. My daughter who has a case with her daughter in the same accident also gets no response from the case manager.

She took my case with all seriousness was very polite very explanatory on the process and how everything would go down and I'm really really pleased with her. They definitely are thorough and attentive to your needs the insurance company is story for another day . Trust me you need a lawyer for this process it's in your best interest
