Intial call went well. Felt like I was listened to and felt that my concerns was being addressed. If I have a case I will definitely go with Morgan and Morgan.

Called and explained issue. Must have talked to someone that takes info and put on hold. For about a minute, came back on said can't help me. No explanations. No help here.

They claimed no case is too small but they didn't bother where's my case when I got attacked at a McDonald's drive-thru buy a restaurant employee

Overall she did a good job but I was very displeased in not getting any information as far as what I should do next considering that I have to wait an entire weekend to get an answer from an attorney. I'm in pain that came on later after the crash and haven't gotten any recommendation on when I should go see a doctor or what I should do now. I've never been through this before and it's all very confusing to me and I would have liked to have had some recommendation as to what to do next.

His entire team is great from the answering service if and when he is away to Morgan his hardworking assistant. When you want a friendly voice on the other end of the phone, simply call his office. I have talked to countless lawyers over the years for professional reasons within my career, especially in VA/MD/DC and by far Attorney Rodriguez is one of the most polite, driven, and well spoken professionals out there in the legal world. If you're wondering what he represented me on, they were a divorce and a traffic citation. I would like to add that it was really nice to see him grinding it out in the office even when I showed up unannounced. I know that he is compassionate about helping others and that is why his crushes it day in and day out compared to some others who likely spend a good deal of time on the golf course or boating. Mr. Higgins represented my son after another local attorney took our money and then retired, leaving him high and dry. Mr. Higgins wrote a thoughtful, articulate and well researched Sentencing Memo. He handled himself professionally in the courtroom, sticking to his guns with well thought out arguments. He was not intimidated by the People or the Judge, and made an excellent case. Thanks to him, my son got to go home to his family. We would use him again and we would highly recommend him.

refused to accept medical malpractice case unless it related to car accident. refused to accept car accident case unless severe injury occurred, however, did accept my relative's minor injury case because she could pay lawyer fee.....She did win case, buy their lawyer fee ate up 90% of compensation to injured relative.
