Michael is literally the best lawyer You could hire. Our experience was absolutely five star. Not only is he smart, professional, articulate, he walks you through the entire process start to finish. His assistant is incredible as well! As a former police officer, and knowing many lawyers, he’s the best I’ve ever dealt with by far!

Sam handled my initial business quickly and most importantly effectively. Over the years when I have called with a question, Sam calls me back personally to help. Highly recommended.

I recommend this ferm they got my buddy money I tried two different times to hire them for my own case an was denied both times so 1 star didn't want to help me.

So I’ve actually used Mr Masters in the past several times. Never had an issue. But recently have been getting the “he’s traveling” and “he has Covid” from his attitude-ful phone answerer Patty. I don’t believe it’s her decision to decide who is allowed a consult or not. I could be wrong. But haven’t even spoken to the attorney to let him know what I need and she’s telling me he cannot take a case.

I have been seeking help in getting SSDI , I have multiple health and mental issues I’m dealing with, during my hour long consultation they listened and noted all my medical concerns and genuinely seemed interested and as if they wanted to help, during the consultation they informed me they would have to call me back to finish the questions the next day, which was all good. They called me today, upon hearing of my financial situation it was determined that they couldn’t represent my case. This is very frustrating , you pour out your entire medical history to a stranger , some of which is very uncomfortable to discuss , and upon learning of my finances they suddenly decide it’s not worth their effort . I called them because I needed help in getting my disability , they turned me down because I am in a very hard financial situation in my life due to everything I’m going through. I’m sure I’ll find a lawyer that actually will help , Morgan Nand Morgan shouldn’t fake concern and care if your just going to reject someone when you learn their finances aren’t to the standard you expect . You claim to help, people , im a person . What other reason could you have to reject my case ? You didn’t help you only added to my already huge pile of stress and issues I face .

Mr Higgins is a beast of an attorney. He represented me in a felony case that was serious and through my concerns and wavering, he did his job to the best of his ability and got my sentence down from 15 years max to 2 years. I am truly happy with his council and his hard work. This man is definitely great at what he does and when he says I got you he has you. No questions asked. I couldn’t be any happier with the outcome of my case and with the work Mr. Higgins put in. I appreciate you and your team Jeff. This has been one ride I won’t forget but also one I’ll never experience again. Lol. Thank you for your understanding, defense and guidance throughout this whole thing. So I actually heard of Jeff through someone who’s worked with him outside of his law practice several years ago. What I needed was fairly straightforward but nonetheless extremely important to me. Jeff could have passed me over me or placed me on the back burner but he worked with me directly and got right to work. He was very communicative with me and made sure to answer all of my questions every step of the way, no matter how often or silly. He is extremely professional and made me feel my case was important to him and not just another number. I would highly recommend Jeff for all of your criminal defense needs or inquiries. I would NEVER recommend this law firm they say they are for the people when they really don’t care for the people. I had the worst experience with Morgan and Morgan. Literally every couple of weeks I had a new case manager/attorney with no notice no calls anything.They will say they tried to contact you when they never did . My last case manager was extremely rude and had no sympathy she was against me like she didn’t believe anything I was saying and they had proof. I will never let them handle my case or my families case ever again.I waited 2 years for nothing!

Please visit them ASAP if you need help with anything. I was in need of a lawyer and this was the second firm I made a visit to. Out of the two I went with this firm because of Dani's {his assistant) outgoing personality via phone, and Michael's warming demeanor. I hired Michael last year in July and have 0 regrets. My father passed away and it was unexpected which really stressed me out. I explained my situation to Michael and how stressed I was due to my father's family being mean as ever, and how it was my first time going through something like this. He made me feel less stressed, and once I arrived home (out of state) he ( and Dani-his assistant) were in constant communication with me. Here it is almost a year later, and I'm still satisfied with the company. I suffered two more deaths in my family and my anxiety spiked again. Without going into detail, Michael was once again there for me. Without going into too many details, he did something he didn't have to do {I feel as if other firms wouldn't have} and I'm VERY appreciative of that. Most places are honestly money hungry, and claim to care about their customers but actions say otherwise. This firm actually cares, and I would rather be with a firm like this one versus any others. OUT OF STATE CONSUMERS: (Father lived in Florida, but I live in Georgia) They're very reliable, and trustworthy. You'll receive constant updates from his assistant without emailing first (unless it's for something regarding your end). Dani will literally send over information as soon as she gets it on her end. Jeff did everything he promised. Efficient in getting everything done in a timely manner. Results were what was expected. Glad I was represented by Jeff and his company.
