Fast, accurate and on point. Helped my husband tremendously without ever having to step foot into a court house! Highly recommend Jeff.

Morgan and morgan was quick to take my case. But soon after that they never returned my calls. I had to beg on voice-mail for them to call me. Finally I was told my case was good the other person was insured and my case was going to the insurance co for review. Then I waited and waited and waited. Its been a year now! So I made a complaint to the better business bureau. Then I get a call from my assigned lawyer telling me their was nothing they could do. Then he pretty much told me his assistant who was suppose to keep me informed was not doing her job. Surprise surprise so I loose. I wouldn't recommend morgan and morgan to anyone. Maybe their just too big for their britches.

I chose this company based on their experience and advertisements. Unfortunately, my experience was not a very good one. I feel this was due to lack of staff, more than likely, caused by the Covid epidemic. Unfortunately this was still a very traumatic case for me as it was my first time using an attorney. My attorney was switched midway with no notice given. My paralegal and main contact was changed three times, again without informing me. I would like to make it very clear that this was not a reflection on either my Attorney or paralegal. I feel they did the best they could under the circumstances and the lack of communication and response to returning calls very well may have been due to short staffing, but it does leave me with a question that maybe my case wasn't profitable enough for the company to pay much attention to.

HE USE TO A VERY GREAT DEFENSE ATTORNEY, HE ACTUALLY WAS A MAN OF HIS WORDS HE FOUGHT HARD FOR HIS CLIENTS BUT NOW ITS LIKE HE JUST MONEY HUNGRY, JAMES CROCK HAVE PEOPLE TO PAY THOUSANDS THEN TAKE MONTHS TO GET THINGS IN MOTION TO GET THE CASES SETTLED IN FAVOR OF HIS CLIENT AS HE ADVISED HE COULD & WOULD.. NO BOND HEARING NO CHARGES DROPPED OR REDUCED NOTHING EVERYTHING IS THE SAME AS THE FIRST DAY..

Jeff Higgins is a man who is down to earth and understanding. Fights till the end and makes as much of a bad position he can better for you the defendant. I Hope to never need him personally again but if ever I’d recommend…

I called this office for help with my case; and it was literally like calling a random number and getting no help at all. No one new anything. The lady at the front desk put me on hold to tell me click on a link I sent to your number the link asked like 5 questions which didn't do anything but tell me to call back.then I'm being asked well we Need names numbers addresses. I'm confused your the lawyer who has access to that information. I wouldn't recommend thes lawyers at all I didn't even make it to talking to the lawyer before it went down hill. I knew more then these people knew and the went to college for this crazy. 0 star rating there straight amateurs. If your serious about your case I wouldn't recommend them at all.there all about you winning the case for them with them just signing there name.

I hired this firm and, in particular Attorney Michael Rodriguez, to handle my probate matter. Michael (and his Executive Assistant Dani) handled the entire process like legal pros. Michael went above and beyond the norm to bring the probate to a very satisfactory conclusion. His professionalism and knowledge of the system and law is nothing short of phenomenal. I cannot say enough about how much he listened and handled our entire case with true care - not as a file number like many other lawyers out there. I am very thankful and grateful for his high quality, professional work. I highly recommend this attorney.
