Any attorney that would extort money out of small businesses just to make some “ quick “ cash is among the lowest of the low. Here’s a proverb for you Joe ( although you probably don’t have much to do with your Creator or biblical principles ) Proverbs 26:17 he that passes by and meddles with strife that doesn’t belong to him Is like someone who would take a dog by the ears. Exactly one of those lawyers that can’t go out and do a honest job. All he really does is go after small business for bogus ADA rules of clients that have never being to the location . You day is coming 31 yrs of bogus job.

Joe Quick, sends a few trusted people to hundreds of Small Businesses in Volusia County, hoping to find small violations for the ADA. SO he can sue them in the hope they settle for thousands of dollars. He is enemy #1 to hard working businesses, and can't believe he gets away with literally suing hundreds of businesses a year!! What a scumbag!! Karma is a Bi#$@

He sends out “testers” to small business around the Daytona beach area to file a lawsuit using the ADA (handicap ) immunities forcing small businesses to pay his attorney fee to the tune of thousands. It’s a scam. He claims he’s helping the disabled all while laughing his way to the bank

Another shady attorney who runs a crooked practice that financially attacks and exploits small business for his own greed.

I would definitely recommend Joe Quick as your lawyer he's very knowledgeable and personable. He explained and walked me through the whole process. he kept me informed every step of the way he was more like a friend through this whole process than a lawyer, I went to the courthouse for the procedures an hour early and after seeing some of the other clients reprensation i am glad to have chosen Joe Quick, he held my hand and walked me through the whole process. He's not the typical Bk attorney, He's more like a friend.
