I had all but given up, been jerked around and disappointed by other lawyers who did not want to spend the amount of time it took to help me. I have numerous very difficult to prove rare diseases that required someone to spend time speaking to 27 different medical experts, and then properly word and explain what was happening to me. This was not an easy case, and I figured I would die before I ever saw Penny. I didn’t have any expectations whatsoever, because so many of the local big shots didn’t think they could spend the amount of time they needed to help me. After being shuffled around by everyone else, Maria Indelicato and her staff Assured me they would do their best. They stated if they did not win the first time around not to give up that they would continue to push forward. In fact, the first time we went to court, I won four years back pay, and I’m now able to retrofit my home for my disability. She is amazing , her staff is amazing, interested, involved, never dismissing. They , in particular Wendy , is a great support staff, and an amazing person! I can not thank them enough!

I had 2 injunctions and a battery charge that she got dropped. She also got me custody of my daughter. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome of everything, and how she handled it all along the way.
