Apparently the hit-and-run driver nor myself had good enough Insurance to really do anything including getting any money for my car that was totaled. Unfortunately my injuries which are in my neck and spine including whiplash and a compression according to the chiropractor warrant noticeable early enough and apparently you only have 14 days to go to a doctor which doesn't make sense to me because I suffered the worst with post-traumatic stress which did not allow me to deal with going to a doctor or doing anything for that fact except being stuck in my house and scared to drive. I did not receive a rental car or anything to that fact and my vehicle set in the tow yard for a month until apparently they auctioned It off my car was worth at least $9,000. I guess you live and learn.

From the start I was unsure of what to do. Everyone in the office made the process so easy for me. They stayed in touch with me and made sure I was doing ok. I cannot thank them enough for all they did.
