Totally recommend this attorney office! My trust attorney is Mr. Richard Eagles, he is very knowledgeable, courteous and thorough and made the entire process very smooth and everything was done in a timely manner. My husband passed away a year ago and I wanted to make sure that all my affairs are in order; this gives me such peace of mind to have this taken care of. We had a complicated closing on an older property with several different parties involves. Erin was able to negotiate the best deal for us, including getting the buyer to assume certain responsibilities that we would not have been able to negotiate on our own. The office was responsive and moved quickly, and the closing went off without a hitch and we actually received more money than we had anticipated. This was the smoothest real estate closing we have ever done and it is because of the excellent work of Erin and the team.
