When purchasing or refinancing a home, the last things you want are surprises; especially when it comes to costs, scheduling, and other issues related to closing. The professionals at Blade Title worked to eliminate “the unknown.” They clearly communicated the steps of the closing process - before, during, and after the actual closing; and were all extremely responsive to any questions we had. When I decided to sell my home, I went with Blade Title to handle all of the closing and paperwork (that's definitely not my expertise). Since I was selling while living abroad, Blade made everything very easy for me to do via email, and were extremely easy to reach whenever I had a question. I did fly in for the actual closing to sign the final documents in person, but that was the only time I ever had to do anything in person.
Everyone who works here is a pleasure to communicate with, and I felt extremely welcomed when I came in in person.

I highly recommend using Blade Title. I have sent many of my clients here to have their real estate transactions managed and their team is always on top of every detail. They communicate well with the clients and explain every step of the process which sometimes can be overwhelming but they make it very easy. Nicole is very professional and is able to get any questions that may come up answered quickly.
