I have never in my life written a review and i wish i could give them a -5 star review. However i think it is my duty to post this to save other people from experiencing the horrible treatment i got from this business. I assumed a title company is a neutral party however they only cared for the sellers interests and completely ignored any of my needs. Suly Espinoza was the one dealing with my transaction and her and her team treated me absolutely horribly, anytime i would call to ask a question I would get ignored and once i wrote an email begging for a response as they are holding my earnest money she claimed i am "harassing with calls". PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY save yourself from this nightmare which i am currently experiencing.
