Jeff was nothing but the best in helping me tend to some legal issues with a developer here in South Florida. He was very transparent, didn't let me get ahead of myself, and helpful every step of the way. I played Devil's advocate a lot but he was great in helping me understanding outcomes if things went our way and outcomes if they did not. A true professional, I'd recommend him to anyone looking for help with real estate. I hired Jeffrey to handle the negotiation of a settlement, hopefully, with a Homeowner's Association and their attorney on short notice. There tended to be a lot of peripheral issues and information. I was amazed at how quickly he culled out the "topline." Set our goals. Responded to my infinite questions then making countless revisions-as a first offer, a counter to their draft. He turned their draft around deleting and simplifying a lot and making such a great case with the net argument, with that our first draft, there was no response. i.e. the argument was over-gone. You couldn't ask for more! No wrangling, no litigation first time out the gate!
