Jeff with Pomeranz Law is extremely knowledgeable and helped bring a successful close to a real estate transaction that involved the sale of a multi-unit investment property. Jeff represented the Buyer I worked with in the transaction, and with his experience and expertise, the Buyer was able to purchase the Property with all the necessary agreements and security in place prior to Closing. Jeff has great attention to detail and was very communicative throughout the entire process, and even went the extra mile to ensure that we all got it done!
