I had a very difficult situation working with a listing agent who was dishonest with condo disclosures and didn’t deliver condo docs on a property we were under contract to purchase, yet the listing agent was trying to force us (strong arm) us into purchasing the property and withhold our 7,500 deposit. Mr Pomeranz gave me excellent advice as to how to respond to the situation. Mr Pomeranz responded and discussed this with me within just a couple hours of my initial inquiry. I highly recommend his services, and will use him again should they need arise.

Was being discriminated against by this business- hiding behind how they don’t want to help people in need allowing businesses in Real Estate to conduct wrong doing and conning and defraud - shameful. I begged them for assistance they were rude. Having review deleted. Wow. Don’t use this business. Don’t use Thumbtack either.
