I used Jeffery for a brotherly Real Estate dispute, and not knowing him went strictly by his online reviews. A very attentive individual, and responsive. Very quick replies and close attention to details. Although the issue has not yet been resolved, in . fairness to him, the opposing side never gave him the opportunity to negotiate, which is what he claims to be his specialty. I would recommend Jeffery for the simple reason that he is easy to reach, understand, and is matter of fact about what is, and what isn't.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Jeffery offered to resolve 2 cases for on a flat rate fee paid in advance (as I type that I realize how shady it sounds coming from his side.) He on Myrtle occasions in the middle of the negotiation stated he could no longer go back and forth with them and I needed to pay more money. Keep in mind settle was the scope we agreed to and negotiations take several back and forth. In the course of him fighting for money money they went from 50k to 26k down to 19k to settle. All of the times he stated there no more he could do and I needed to pay more for him to continue. Beware of his of “flat rate” services. He won’t hold up his end and finish the deal.
