After having a lousy first-time experience with an attorney that ditched me without giving me a “heads up”, I was then referred to Jesse Lieberman. I wish I went to him first; it would have benefited me more. The people at Jesse Lieberman made my first experience with an attorney VERY easy and pleasant. Understandably, attorneys are very busy so I had LITTLE interaction with Lieberman himself. He was cool but what else is there to say besides “Ok, we’ll get to work!” and get quoted the average attorney fee? Interaction with Lieberman himself wasn’t really necessary for my case because he hired GREAT people which made up for that lack of communication. They did all the communicating and were kind, patient and worked with my ignorance in the field of “Law & Order”. I had a question for EVERYTHING and they answered promptly and made you feel important. Yoli and Yvonne were good to me but the one Lieberman People that topped it all was Oxana. At first, I was like “Another new person?” because I had already gone through Yoli and Yvonne but Oxana is the human version of High Fructose Corn Syrup. SUPER-SWEET case manager. If only ALL companies hired people like her who go ABOVE AND BEYOND the services Firms and companies provide. Indeed, if the world only had more people like that. She was very patient, worked with my requests and did her best to make me at ease with paperwork that read like a Matrix code to me. I wanted to email Jesse Lieberman myself on her behalf so I hope this Google review will do. And, of course, it doesn't hurt when your case is successful making everyone happy. If I needed a lawyer again, I would go back to Jesse Lieberman just for the people that work for him. They made it a great experience.
