Mr. Akin was a reasonably priced expert when I had to go up against a large home builder by the initials of M.H. He tried to keep costs down by contacting them. telephonically, but do to their disrespect and disregard, he had to author a demand letter, which did produce the result that we were after. He got our money back because he’s a true expert in contractual law. His support staff, April, was so professional and kind during the entire process. Thank you, April!
