We went to her office for consultation in the early 2000 ,upon arrival to her office it seemed she was preoccupied with going to pick her car up from the garage before they close,she did not care to listen to us,but was rushing us to pay her,we were talking to her and she was dialing her phone.Most importantly she gave us information that we already knew,and charge us.(Yes we had appointment).She literally got up and left us sitting in her office. She was very unprofessional,Rude and certainly she showed a lack of customer service.Hope she has change for the sake of those people that believe that she can be of help to them.

She is not sincere and does not care to complete her job- she leads you on and ask for money although she is not doing anything to process your case. She robbed my spouse and took advantage of us. We are lost but with God's help we will prevail. Please pray and seek an attorney with a passion to help you. We still need documents for her so I can't give my name but check back because I will be able to help you soon.

When we needed her the most she didn't answer her phones so we went to her office.Guess what?She no longer has a office-SHE MOVED!! She moved withot a new office,new phone number to reach her,no warning-NOTHING!!I will be filing suit because we paid big money for her and she took the money and ran.BEWARE!!

I hired Ms. Hall in 2010 and I have to say she is the worst lawyer I've ever come across. She doesn't keep contact. She always tells her receptionist to tell me she was not in the office but when my dad called her few seconds later she magically answers the phone. She has caused my case to be rejected because she didn't prepare thoroughly. Minor errors that a lawyer with a strong research background should have caught. She had me do medical, do photos, pay for mailing and all of it went down the drain. She made my family suffer financially all because of her unpreparedness. She sent my documents to USCIS on outdated forms and also before the priority date was current. After 1yr went by she wouldnt answer her phone. Months would go by and i still would not get a call back from this lady.

I am completely dissatisfied and upset with this attorney, she is incompetent and lack concsistency....i was never informed about the progress of my case from neither her or her secretary, when i called to her office they don't have any idea how deal with immigration cases..i always have to take matters in my hands to see whats going on but could only go so far. i strongly believe she should be dis-barred and take up another profession. don't waste your money because thats all she wants from you... i paid 3500 dollars for nothing. have to look for another attorney...

I have sought and got the help of Yvonne Hall- Jones in the latter part of the 90's. In every step of the way she kept me thoroughly informed by ways of my visits to her office ( the Equitable Building, downtown Atl ), mails , and telephone conversations. I found her to be trustworthy and to be one whom exhibited the requisite attributes that crafted for her a special place in her field. I have no regrets about Mrs. Hall - Jones and , if needs be , I would use her again and again. Good work Yvonne. Keep it. Bless your heart.
