David is professional and truly cares about his clients. My expectations were exceeded with the results of my case as well as throughout the entire process.

David literally saved my family, especially my grandchildren and my daughter. While she was vacationing in St. Augustine she relapsed and made some very bad decisions. The charges were serious. Had it not been for Mr. Jancha, she would have remained in Florida locked up for 3 years separated from her 4 young children. His diligence and expertise led to the best possible pretrial outcome...9 months residential rehab, which she undoubtedly needed, and a lengthy probation which was very fair. All this without going to trial. Again...he saved my grandchildren and their mother the trauma of a 3 year separation with thankfully rehab addressing the real problem. This is how it should be with any substance addiction, whether they be legal or not, rather than creating even more insurmountable problems....especially with innocent children involved. My wife and I have temporary guardianship of the children during this time. They're doing fine while their mother is getting the help she must have to get well. We all will be forever grateful.

Mr. Jancha represented someone very dear to me for a misdemeanor charge in Orlando. I was hundreds of miles away in a different state and helped coordinate the representation. Being an experienced lawyer myself, I can pay a fellow lawyer no higher compliment than stating I was incredibly impressed with Mr. Jancha's attentiveness, concern, and willingness to answer any and all questions. He was very knowledgeable and his advice and recommendations were spot-on, right down to the bail bondsman, who was also awesome. I highly recommend Mr. Jancha and have great confidence in him. He made a traumatic experience much more tolerable and got the charges dismissed with his expert guidance. When I was finally able to look back on the situation with humor, I joked that I wouldn't mind getting arrested in Orlando just to experience the excellent customer service. I would never really recommend that.....

There are no words that can express my gratitude towards Mr. Disinger! My young adult son needed immediate help on a violation of probation charge that had him incarcerated with no bond! As a mom, this was my worst nightmare. I contacted Mr. Disinger on a Saturday, met with him the following Monday, and he had my son out of jail in 12 days with probation reinstated! Mr. Disinger is knowledgeable, personable, and an expert in his field. He is also the nicest man you’ll ever meet! Dave saved my life. Within a week of hiring him he had the charges dismissed. First, he returned my call within hours (and after hours) of my initial contact. He had already looked up the charges and with grace, intellect, and compassion he explained it all to me. In our first meeting, Dave listened to my story with care and compassion, helping me to understand how the law would understand it. Before this initial meeting, he researched similar cases and planned his defense. Furthermore, he had all the forms I would need to sign for this defense approach ready for me to sign. Finally, he walked me through every paragraph of his contract ensuring I understood it before I signed it. When I left Dave’s office I felt relief for the first time since the incident knowing I was in the best hands possible. Prior to meeting with Dave Jancha, I met with another prominent attorney in downtown Daytona Beach. They kept me waiting for almost an hour and switched me to a junior attorney at the last minute. She walked in, read me the police report, and did not ask or care to hear my story. She said, looks like the police did nothing wrong. Told me the case would probably cost $7,500 and gave me the contract to sign with no explanation. Furthermore, she told me I might have to go to anger management classes. I thought this was preposterous because the officer aggressed on me. Clearly, I was not the one with anger issues. The differences between these two attorneys are night and day. I hope you get by my story, that you will be in the best hands possible if you choose Dave Jancha as your attorney.
