Brett is the worst attorney! Never communicated anything. I had to email and call multiple times and still never recieved a call or email back. Told me that I wasn't going to get anywhere and to basically take the plea agreement. He wouldn't get any of the police reports. When I went to Jeff about things they tried to turn it around on me saying I never reached out. I have emails that have been unanswered and left many voice-mails. And his office gal Kendra so just as bad and not very friendly. My last court date i had to call the courts to find out what time and day it was. Would not ever recommend Brett as an attorney

Mr. Kocijan is an amazing and very smart lawyer. He knows what he is doing and has the best interest in you and your case. He is very open and honest with everything going on in your case or situation. His office staff is just as great as he is I cant lie I always liked talking to his assistant as she would always ask how I was doing and made you feel like family. You have a Great team Mr. Kocijan! Back in around 2009 or so Mr.Kocijan helped me tremendously. He assisted in allowing my abusive daughters father sign his rights away as he wished and changed my girls names for me. I didnt have money at the time and he did this for much less than his time is worth. It has been a long time but I have been forever grateful for this act of kindness. 🙏

Let me tell everyone about Brett he the guy that will go over the top for his client and never leaves u with doubt I been knowing him for years and will continue to do buisness with him good guy and caring will get the job done

At first he was great, a go getter, a fighter. When I hired him I was very clear before I made payment that it was a one time lump sum payment for a custody case. We agreed on a number and it was paid in cash. Right before trial comes he calls me to the office and try’s to strong arm $2,000 more out of me. I ask about our original agreement and he was very nasty when I questioned him. I needed it done so I after I left I called Mr. Dempsey and told him I will pay another $2,000 if he really required it. He then said “ you know what I’ll actually need $5,000” hi contacted family after we pulled together and came up with $5000. I called Donald Dempsey and told him, he THEN SAYS “ I’ll actually need $10,000-$11,000 to stay on your case”. Mind you , there was no marriage, no house, no divorce, no property, no money to be split. It was a cut and dry custody case. I honestly feel like he took advantage of me in a time of desperation.

Donald is a awesome attorney and very well vested in criminal and civil defense.. Him and his staff will provide good communication throughout the process, and some very positive results representing you. They provide a very good solution to most of your legal problems and find the best results I have found in their law office. Very family oriented and well vested in law. I highly recommend his firm . He gives 100 percent.
