The Team Of Kanner & Pintaluga have been great!!!, Specially I'm grateful to Lina Martinez who always has been promptly in her responses and updates with me, they have done a great settlement in my first case and not specting less results for my second!

If I could give Kanner & Pintaluga a 0, i would, but, since google only allow a 1 star and above, I have to settle with it. I was in a accident in 2016, I called 411 pain, then, 411 pain sent me to kanner & Pintaluga, Then, these thieves, sent me to Path Medical, which owns 411 pain; isnt that just really convenient. kanner & Pintaluga is working with Path Medical to scam unsuspecting accident victims out of their PIP insurance if they have one, along with their settlement. The first thing that happens is that Kanner & Pintaluga acts as they are going to help you by sending you to one of their networking chiropractor; by the way, Geico is suing these criminals for 15,000,000 for fraud! After they set up this seemingly innocent yet criminal introduction, the chiropractor at Path medical tries to get the accident victim to do an Xray, MRI and scheduled for 60 to 90 days; this 60 to 90 days worth of body rub will require the accident victim to visit Path Medical 6 days a week (M-S) and if the accident victim does not submit to that schedule, Path Medical will get their attack dogs aka Kanner & Pintaluga, to threaten you ... Kanner & Pintaluga also assisted Path Medical in collecting more money that what was owed to the accident victims. They were happy to help Path Medical which I have sued, to collect 4,000 dollars from my settlement; Kanner & Pinatluga originally wanted me to pay 6,000 from my settlement to Path Medical but I refused. i really didnt want to pay the 4,000 but I was threatened with legal action if i didn't sign the closing statement within 24 hours. Now, I just found out from my insurance provider that I only owed 1,600 dollars as a part of the copay to Path Medical and that my attorney knew that because that was detailed in the explanation of benefits that my attorney had. So, not only do they act as a attack dog to intimidate accident victims in getting unnecessary treatment , they also act as the muscle to collect money that wasnt owed via scamming unsuspecting victims out of their settlement through what is known as balance billing; balance billing is illegal as per Florida law. Omg. First let me start off by saying Harmony Rahman is a blessing from above. This women went far and beyond to get me my car back as fast as possible. Checked up on my vehicle and insurance to make sure everything was on track. Anything that was in her power to do, she did it with no problem or hesitation. A god send 👼🏽

I got in to a very bad car accident a year ago. I'm a very young girl and had to undergo surgery, have injections, and suffer through a ton of unexpected stuff. My whole life was put on pause, but Kanner and Pintaluga was there every step of the way. They made sure I got the best treatment, and was happy with each doctor I went to visit. They made the treatment process a little more bearable. Once I was done the negotiation process began and Jensen was aggressive and informative. He made sure I got the most money back, and stayed true to his word every step of the way, once he did his job Jose went on to do the reductions.. He was the best! got everything done quickly and always updated me. Accidents are unexpected, and there really is no way to prepare yourself for one.. they can be emotionally and physically draining.. Kanner and Pintaluga won't disappoint and will be that rock you need in those hard times. I was very happy with the care and concern I've received with Kanner & Pintaluga. Jose Hernandez was absolutely amazing. Being the 3rd case manager I've worked with he was by far the best. Extremely efficient and handled everything in a timely manner. Actually was handled ahead of schedule and kept me informed every step of the way. Definitely would recommend this law firm & particularly Mr. Hernandez.

I am very satisfied with the results of my case. I stayed well informed and there was always someone available to answer any questions I had regarding my treatment. My case was a car accident and I got my video proof and police report on my favor. They told me that I need to take health care in order to my health report they will represent me. Don't listen them directly! Because they just left you alone... They even didn't call me, just sent a letter about they wont represent me! and they left me alone with my health bills alone with my no health insurance! When I call them they are just telling me, I need to work with another attorney. Cant give any answers even cant say why they are not representing me! They left me alone and helpless they are such a company just for easy money. They will never fight for your case, even my case was a piece of cake.. I will definitely work with another attorney soon. BE AWARE IF THEY TELL YOU JUST KEEP GOING YOUR HEALTH SECTIONS, DON'T LISTEN THEM! CHANGE YOUR ATTORNEY, THEY WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY! They didn't accept their %20 payment of that health treatments either. Be careful guys. That's why you cant even left review for their other places. Useless and rude Attorneys.

This was a lengthy process but because of the companies best 2 employees it made the process easier. Both of these employees kept me well informed while my case was in their departments that they handle Walter Quito and Jose Hernandez were the absolute best! Thanks for all your help!
