A great experience, nice and easy. I called , in regard to a ticket I had received 29 days before, David - the paralegal gave me every detail over the phone and emailed me links where I could upload everything I’ve he needed from me ; after a while I received another email with the disposition I was hoping for : Dismissal ! No points, no school, no ticket in record ! I’m so grateful and happy - Douglas and David - you guys rock ! I know from a prior experience when I went on and paid the ticket - and watched my insurance rate TRIPLE that going alone is not the way to go !
