Douglas Leifert has helped me twice now! The first time was around 2003-04 I was facing 1 year probation and 60 days in jail. After 16 hours of community service all charges were dropped without court fees if I remember correctly.... .....Fast forward to Sept. 2021-- I once again was in desperate need of legal help. I made 1 phone call, on a Sunday! Facing 1 year in jail and loss of license, not to mention (who knows how much) probation. I am my wife's only caregiver. Jail for me could have meant death to my love of 23 years, in these times of Covid. I explained my situation to Douglas and he soothed my worry and fear with these words..."Don't worry. You are NOT going to jail. I can't guarantee what will happen...but you aren't going back to jail." I literally put my faith in God and my trust in Douglas Leifert's hands. He had already proven his skill, and I am not disappointed! I am currently writing this next to my wife, who has MS but she is not alone! After 4 hours of online classes all charges were dropped. No probation, reduction in court cost, and he even got rid of my seatbelt ticket! Of course every case is different, but if you have Douglas Leifert representing you in a Florida Court, then you are in the best shape your situation will allow. He is super friendly and easy to talk to and he will treat you like a person and not a criminal! I am hoping to never be in legal trouble again, but if I find myself in need I will call Leifert & Leifert! Thank you Douglas! I consider you my attorney, my wife's helper, and in turn, my friend!
