I had googled property injury attorneys and Aaronberg green popped up first. Let me state I did not ask for this to happen me nor did I want it to but I got in touch with Seth who took me under his wing. I was at first using bogus workman’s comp doctors (new doctor every visit) who would undermine the previous doctor that worked on my knee. Seth hooked me up with doctors who could provide the ACTUAL medical attention required. I was able to get patched up and after a couple months be as close to normal as possible. We began the negotiations shortly after and Seth was not pushing or pulling just simply stating facts and recommendations. The insurance adjuster really tried to play us for a fool and we immediately brought up the lawsuit. Once they realized we were serious and had a strong case they started make reasonable offers, so reasonable we ended being able to settle without the hassle of taking them to court! Seth and his office walked me thru every step of the way. They were very informative of my rights and potential outcomes depending which path we took. They kept in contact and responded very promptly and professionally any time I had questions. I hope I won’t need a lawyer again but if I do it will be these guys. Thanks again for working with me!
