Sometimes we find ourselves in situations where the odds are not always in our favor. SPEEDING TICKETS happen. Anyone can receive a speeding ticket. If you do receive a citation from law enforcement for speeding in Florida and you pay the citation......THIS REPRESENTS A disposition of Guilt. You have now been found Guilty of speeding. Your insurance rate will most likely go up. You will have to PAY the citation usually within 30 days. Maybe even LOSE your job in certain cases if your job requires driving and you need to be insured under your employers policy.
