Paul Herman is an excellent attorney. He was recommended to me by another attorney. He is extremely well versed in the law and went above and beyond to help me. I had a very complicated situation that he spent a lot of time trying to figure out. He had great concern for my case and me as a person to work in my best interest. I would recommend him to anyone. He knows many different areas of the law, and in my case, he did a lot of additional research to help make sure I had the most amount of options. I fully recommend hiring him

I had been with a debt relief program that was working but stretching my ability to pay when, out of the blue, I was contacted by people working for Mr. Herman. They offered to repair and restore credit at about half the price of the debt relief program so I stupidly jumped for it. Mr. Herman's program was a total of about $18,000. About half way through the period with little sign of progress I had a phone call with him where he admitted that the laws had changed (about a year prior to him telling me) and he could no longer employ legal maneuvers he had been successfully using to clean-up credit. I was horrified as I'd already paid a lot out to his firm. A few months later I was informed that the State of Florida had suspended his license. In his absence, another lawyer became involved and - against my wishes - settled a case costing me the rest of the money that I had. I could no longer pay his firm so I was dumped as a client left to fend the credit wolves for myself. This guy is a slick talker and spins. You'll note that he never admits to any degree of fault with any of the other reviews here that cast a shadow on him.

Paul was sensitive to the needs of my elderly parents. He is very well versed in consumer protection law and I was impressed with his level of responsiveness and attentiveness to the case. He achieved an excellent result and we were very happy that we hired him.

Credit/card and debt settlement WE WOULD GIVE HIM -5 STARS If WE COULD. I am glad to hear Paul A. Herman has been disciplined by the state. Stay far away from him. He abandoned our court cases which inevitably lead to JUDGMENTS. We paid him and received nothing in return but JUDGMENTS !! We are worse off financially including ruined credit because of this Attorney.

I hired Paul A Herman to settle my debt Ive been trying to get a hold of someone to help me and let me know whats going on .Ive paid him for 21 months and now I cant get a call or response.I thought he did a great job but know the creditors are contacting me and I cant get ahold of anyone.So would I hire him again I dont know lets see if he gets hold of me after this.

I had a contract with Paul Herman for three years to eliminate some bad debt accounts that were overwhelming me . All the accounts went to charge off except 2 . One was eliminated because I made a payment settlement for and the other was discharged and eliminated from my records as he promised. The other accounts got ignored and have remained charged off with delinquent remarks. I wanted to make a payment settlement but I was told to wait a little longer. No further settlement was made. Now the entire office has disappeared. Paul is no where to be found. His message gives another legal group handling his business . I called it and no response. I emailed him and still no response. Nice going Paul. What kind of person does this? Your unavailability itself points to the person you really are. These pending issues were supposed to have been taken care of long ago. I paid you earnestly according to your contract and I could have tried to resolve my debt some other way but you promised me you knew legally how to eliminate my debt. I trusted you even though deep inside I did not believe you. But I thought maybe I was being too paranoid. We are all busy but you have a business and need to show professionalism, not make it work for your own personal gains. What a disappointment ! I trusted you would keep your word. I hope you read this and get back to me if you have any conscience .

This is the real thing! Mr. Herman met with me in person regarding my case since I am a local (we ate Laspadas) A creditor was threatening to sue me and Paul stopped that action immediately and yes it took some time about 1 year of being represented by him but eventually he turned the tables and the creditor did not get a dime plus it was removed from my credit as it should have been. My wife and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My case was purchased by Mr. Herman's office and since then my suit got denied due to a cort ruling and not I am stuck with a lender and very little communication from his office besides "pay what you can" So short story I have no money and am being told to pay money to be in good standing after the office dropped the ball.

I switched to him from another attorney and was very happy with Paul. I never hired a better attorney. Caring, knowledgeable. Billing was fair. Really happy with his work.

Nothing really work for me since i been in this debt matter my credit is so low it been like this since i enter in Jan 2013 through June 2014 I thought they was going to help me it got worst I still have erros on my report since i paid every thing out onmy case I havent heard from no one about advice to get my credit score back up What do i do now about this Im so confused about this hold case
