It was a pleasure working with not only Drew, but the entire office. Everyone was friendly and responsive to my needs-I was able to call or text Drew after hours and he always responded, if not immediately, very quickly. My experience with Andrew McLaughlin was superior in every respect. All the negative aspects sometimes associated with Personal injury cases were turned around to positives by Drew. Professional representation, time efficient, sensitive to medical aspects, follow through -are words that come to mind as describing accurately my experience. His team cut through all of the paperwork that I had to deal with my insurance company( as well as the defendant’s insurer) which was a huge timesaver and saved me from having to repeatedly describing the the accident all the time in forms.
