When we first met Mr. Eric Luckman we felt like family. Mr. Eric Luckman deserves more than 5 stars because he never gave up on our case. We had a very rare and unfortunate case with our insurance company during a car accident. Mr Luckman was the only lawyer that was willing to take our case pro bono (when we get paid he gets paid). The case has was dragging on for 2 years by the insurance company but he NEVER gave up. Mr. Luckman stood by us and represented us to the last. We were always inform by him and his staff (Arlene and others), they are such caring people. I retained Mr. Luckman to handle a complicated and challenging civil litigation case. I met with several attorneys before him, but none had the mastery of the law that Mr. Luckman possesses. Mr. Luckman was retained by me twice, and represented me in a professional, strong and expertly researched defense. His arguments and communications with the Insurance Companies were expeditious, and I felt he represented me in an extremely competent and committed way. One case regarded a bicycle accident. I was hit by a driver who never saw me, and as a result was flung over her car and sustained broken ribs and other injuries. Mr. Luckman dealt with the driver's insurance company professionally and my case was presented and defended in a legally forceful and unwavering way. The second claim regarded a mold incident in my home when I went away for a short vacation. Florida laws have become very difficult and quite tricky regarding mold incidents. The language is decisively biased towards the Insurance companies, and I was an innocent victim, Mr. Luckman also handled this case with expertise, facilitating a settlement for me in a case where I thought I would receive none. Again, all paperwork, bills and other incidentals were completely handled by Mr. Luckman or his competent staff. I would not hesitate to use Mr. Luckman again if I have any other incidents warranting his expertise. I would also recommend Mr. Luckman to friends and family without hesitation. Mr. Luckman and is office staff are highly competent, truly interested in their clients, and represent them with well researched legal expertise along with a very human touch.
