Mr. Tygar has handled numerous commercial and residential real-estate transactions for me over the past 15 years. He has always shown himself to be ethical, honest and of the highest moral character. I would highly recommend his legal services.

We hired Mr. Tygar in a matter of obtaining funds from a foreclosure of property of a member of our family who passed away a year before. Mr. Tygar was able to resolve our issues within 10 days. This was after dealing with a "large firm" in Plantation, who kept telling us that the matter would take a brief more time. He was always upfront with us and always return our phone calls within a matter of an hour or 2. The fact that he has a tight knit small firm is a positive fact that can not be overlooked these.

Neil was very helpful in helping me overcome issues with the City of Pompano Beach. He was very professional, and used the most legal arguments to support my case.
