Stephen Tatum represented me in my case against the City regarding a short term rental. He was very professional, understanding and was readily available as the case was ongoing. The best part about his handling of the case is he won!! He understands the Land Development Code and is ready to do battle against cities who are trying to enforce laws that don't exist.

The staff is extraordinarily rude. It took three phone calls during the span of a week and I never received a callback. When finally getting some assistance, the representative I spoke with was very short and wouldn't bother answering two simple questions. Instead of saying "I'm not sure, let me check" she snapped at me multiple times saying "I don't know"! You would expect some kindness after the loss of a loved one, but apparently that's a concept this firm is NOT familiar with.

I’m floored that they had the audacity to put that girls private and confidential information in response to her review. Wow. Pretty sure that was attorney client privilege.and even if I.t wasn’t, what kind of attorney would publicly post about undocumented immigration status. Seems like the type of thing a lawyer would advise AGAINST. extremely unprofessional
