I hired Mr. Heath to represent me against my ex for breach of contract. He simply refused to act in my best interest, and I had zero communication from him. After consulting with numerous other attorneys, I decided to hire someone else. Be aware, Mr. Heath requires a non refundable deposit. Very convenient, he gets paid without doing work.

Mr. Heath was hired by my wife to defend her in her criminal cases. Mr. Heath did not take the time to listen to her after her rights were violated. Not one motion was filed on her behalf.
