Best attorney in town! When we bought our house, I wasn't sure whether to hire an attorney or not but I'm so glad we did. Ms. Sancho was super easy to work with, helped us throughout the entire process and was always on point. She took the time to explain everything and was always there when we needed her.

It is extremely hard to find an attorney who is kind, patient and knows how to work with multiple parties on the same transaction and not ruin the deal. She is very detailed oriented and knowledgeable in real estate. From the first time we spoke to her, she put us at ease and we knew we were in good hands. She handled our real estate transaction very efficiently and was always there to answer every single question we had. We were always able to get ahold of her everytime we called or she would respond our calls very quickly if she was not able to answer.
