I don't know where to start. Ruben and his staff has been unbelieveable to work with. I had a consultation with a local attorney and was told i did not have a patent, and that it would be extremely expensive to patent something about my product. We chose NOT to patent it. Fast forward several months, i had a gut feeling to get a second opinion, and boy did it pay off! I've used Rubens services many years ago and he responded within days of my invention already being patented in 1994. So i decided to give him another shot. I explained how my prior experience with the prior attorney. He sort of felt the same as the first attorney however, Ruben then proceeded to ask pertinent and very detailed questions about my product. Ruben has a mind of a genius! The words and thoroughness he used to apply for my patent was so perfect, the patent was approved on the first attempt! I cannot put into words how much he has helped during this patent process. If you need a true professional that KNOWS what they are talking about, give Ruben and his team a try! He does not price gouge. He's honest and straight to the point.
