Lizette is one of the best immigration attorneys in South Florida. Correction I should say ("thee best/ #1 ")😊 For anyone who needs help in this area, Lizette is the one to go to by far! She is quick, efficient, effective, and nicely priced, and her staff, starting with Helen at her helm, are exceptional. Thanks a million! Amazing experience form day one. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and approachable. Lizette and her team makes what can be a very daunting experience go smoothly. I was very early for my appointment and they went out of their way to make me feel at home until she arrived. She sets your mind at ease and takes time to answer all questions and is up front and honest with you. I can't thank her enough for all the work done on my case and would highly recommend her for all your immigration needs.

Excelente servicio y amable atencion.

I hired Lizette Sierra in 2022 to represent me in my wifes case. At first everything was going well, but after signing and making the instalment payments I was not able to communicate with Lizette Sierra. After weeks and months of her offices handling my case I never received a phone call from Lizette or Helen her assistant. I always had to hunt them down or leave a message in order to receive an update on my case. The customer service was by far one of the worse when it came to representation and no communication at all. I don't recommend her or her team if you are looking for immigration advice or services. Lastly, I never met my attorney it was always by phone that lasted 2-3 mins tops. I currently had to seek legal advice elsewhere due to her work was horrible.

Lizette is a nice person to talk to, but I do not believe she helped me at all with my case. If your case is simple, she might be a decent choice, but if there are intricacies, forget about it. She was late, unprepared, and did not know how to help me and provided me with erroneous information. Takes multiple emails every time to get an answer back. Paid 150$ for a meeting where I provided most of the solutions. She did not take much notes as she does not remember key information about my case. Also, she advised me to go one way and then backtracks later on. She says that she laid down information for me but the reality is that she simply highlighted the important pieces of information from another lawyer website that I provided to her. Would not recommend her services.

There are few attorneys that I can recommend as highly as Lizette Sierra. Her ethics and professionalism set her apart from other immigration lawyers. Thank you so much always Lizette!
