Significant delays in resolving legal matters
“If I could give her a 0 star I would!! I have been waiting for over 3 years for Birth certificate for a child we Adopted. All the excuses we here is it's in the mail,or she misspelled the name on the Birth certificate,or blame it on COVID. It's one excuse after another.”
