If you value ethics and your privacy, please look elsewhere. My ex-husband hired Rebecca and I was required to report to her tiny office for a deposition. Prior to the deposition, we were shuffled to a very small “conference room” which was extremely hot. Rebecca offered to keep the door open to which my attorney and I happily agreed to under the reasonable assumption that no one else was in the office as we hadn’t seen anyone and it was quite small. During the hour + long deposition in which my ex-husband was present and many extremely personal and financial details were discussed, his fiancé was present and listening just outside the door unbeknownst to us. As it turns out, when we walked in, she had been in Rebecca’s office (the light was off, which looking back I should have found strange, but thought nothing of it) sitting in a corner and when we were finished and walked out, she was sitting right there on the couch on the other side of the open door listening to the entire thing. My attorney had some words with her and she just shrugged and said “oh well.” She intentionally allowed this to happen and offered no apologies when confronted. Additionally, some of her questions for me were downright comical. She drilled me multiple times (trying to catch me with unreported accounts which she couldn’t, because I was the one in the right) by asking me why the last 4 digits of my “debit card” didn’t match the last 4 digits of my bank account lol. Obviously those numbers never match. Multiple lines of questions like that. Just be aware of what you’re paying for. She might be decent, but based on what I saw, definitely not great. I’m sure she’ll respond with some generic reply to salvage her reputation to which I can’t respond to, but these are facts. You’ve been warned, do with it what you’d like.

I'm thankful each and every day that I found Mrs. Zima for my custody case. She is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and fights hard for her clients. Rebecca explained everything to me in terms I could understand, was always available when I had questions (there were SO many), and would check in with me so I was always aware of what was happening as the case progressed. Her legal representation single-handedly restored my faith in the justice system! She's a lifesaver and I cannot thank her enough for fighting so hard for me.

Rebecca did a decent job in court but let opposing counsel write the up the order and apparently she didn't bother reading it before she sent it to the judge. My very young child paid a high price for her errors for 2 years.

Rebecca is an outstanding Lawyer. I appreciated her support and guidance throughout my situation. She is extremely professional, factual but also personable and a true advocate. I cannot recommend her enough and am very thankful she was on my side. Fortunately my situation was not extremely caustic but if it had been, I know Rebecca would have been the fighter I needed. Without hesitation, she would be my go to if I needed her support in the future.

How does one sing the praises of an attorney like Zima? To say that she is amazing would be an understatement. Zima goes above and beyond and that’s the honest to God’s truth. It took three years to finalize my divorce, and she did everything in her power to make sure that my kids and I were taken care of after years of battle and an injunction, we finally got it completed and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better! If you need a family law attorney, she’s your Woman! Someone else said this and it is true “she’s a SHARK in the courtroom!” When you say you have ZIMA then people know you mean business and she’s got your back!

She is an amazing lawyer. She fought for me tooth and nail. She was able to negotiate my divorce settlement to get me everything I was looking to get. She answered all my questions and was able to tell me anything I wanted/needed to know. She was very informative in my rights as a father. Extremely knowledgeable of divorce law. I would highly recommend her.

I hired Mrs. Zima for an injunction case. She was very thorough and came to the courtroom prepared to present her reasoning's why my child and I needed protection from her father. As nervous as I was, Mrs. Zima reassured me that she would handle things and she sure as hell did. I'm a single mom and protecting my children is the most important thing in my life. Mrs. Zima is a mother herself and shows compassion. Definitely money well spent.
