I cannot thank Jarrett Williams and his firm enough for his diligence and professionalism throughout my first time home buying experience. I initially called his office after hours to receive advice on a FSBO transaction with me as the buyer. I was expecting to leave a voicemail, but Jarrett picked up the phone himself (yes, after hours on a Friday) and he was even on vacation with his family at the time. He could have very easily not taken the call but he took the time to actually speak to me and point me in the right direction. I ended up using him as my closing agent on my first home. We closed today and he was so helpful and professional throughout the entire process. He answered my calls and texts immediately whenever I had a question. We even closed earlier than expected because of him. Deed recorded by him the same day (within HOURS of closing) and I received electronic copies of everything within hours of closing.
