Stop searching for an attorney, this is the one you want! In the midst of a crisis, I made 1 call on a weekend and wuthin minutes Mr. Meltzer was calling me back. Within hours of us communication on a Sunday no less, he was meeting me in his office. I cannot begin to explain the attentiveness, the support, the energy, time, effort, and care this firm has extended to us in the most difficult of times. He has been available to me whether via email, text, and phone calls which has brought an immense amount of peace of mind. He is extremely knowledgeable and on top of this case and situation and continuously keeming me informed and in the loop. His follow up has been consistant and his representation exemplary. Attorney Stephan Dobrinsky was a 10/10 experience, I live out of State (former fl resident) and to my shock I found a warrant had been issued for my arrest for a traffic ticket I never received notice about in 2011 (the court had the wrong address of course, it's 2021 now lol). Stephan, from the beginning of anexity filled first phone call, was very informative, helpful, and most importantly realistic about my charges and possible resolutions. As I was facing certain jail if I were stopped by the police this was a huge help. He was absolutly prompt with texting and calling as things developed moving forward, he filed and was granted a motion that lifted my warrant and set me a new hearing! Huge relief. Now I'm a pessimist as this isn't my first run in with the law, or for driving infractions so I assumed the worst for said hearing, yet the worst never came. Attorney Doberinsky got me an amazing resolution that I couldn't be happier with. Again, I HIGHLY recommend him. Coming from someone who has had a half dozen attorneys over the past 20 years my recommendation comes with a little more weight. This was quick, consice and he made it effortless. Most importantly he isn't one of those doomsaying "i'm going to scare you with huge sentence scenarios to get you to pay me more" kind of attorneys. He's an honest down to earth good attorney. I would recommend this firm to anyone who received an unjust ticket and needs a good attorney to defend their case. We went into court today not confident with the outcome and Stephen fought for me and was able to prove to the hearing officer the cop was wrong with the ticket he issued.
