Lack of case analysis and communication issues
“These lawyers are scammers. They don't give you a case analysis and all they do is entice people on the phone to give out their credit card information.”

This is disgusting that for two years fighting for this that they take out money monthly and she LOST a simple case of time sharing with his daughter who is 13 years old who is not a baby.”

Unresponsive and not returning client's money
“They told my husband and I they would take the case. We payed the retainer and now they told us they won't take the case at all. Their claiming they don't do those cases. The paralegal even told us how they would most likely proceed. We didn't withhold any details at all, so this isn't our fault. After assuring us we would get our $2,200 retainer back in full they haven't returned the money.”
