We recently entered a purchase agreement to buy a home. However, after the home inspection revealed several serious issues, we wanted to withdraw from the agreement . Although our concerns were very legitimate, the seller did not want to release us from the agreement and return our earnest money. We consulted Mr. Sweeney about the situation , and he provided us with clear, honest advice as to how to proceed. Due to his recommendations, the seller acquiesced without us having to resort to litigation. And we got back all of the earnest money.
