We are custom home builders and hired Ryan Ranson to handle a very complex insurance case. One of our subcontractors insurance agents dropped the ball and did not notify us of a lapsed policy. The subcontractor did not notify us of this issue either. They had an accident on the job costing us $150,000+ in water damages. After a complex legal battle with the insurance company we received a check for the full amount. We only received this payment in full because of Ryan Ranson’s dedication to my case.
